I’m motivated by extending my ability to help others, and I’ve found an outlet for that through my career. I once told myself that I’d never work at a bank, but I’ve realized that this is how I can really benefit people, and better myself by doing so. When I started off as a bank teller years ago, I always envied those above me who had the power to really make a difference in clients’ lives. Now, as a consumer banker, I can really help clients with what they need.I thrive when I’m given the freedom to go the extra mile for a client. When I help someone restructure their credit, refinance their mortgage or purchase a home, it makes me as happy as it makes my customer.Providing an unforgettable customer experience is what makes a good bank, in my eyes, and with whom you bank makes a world of difference. My ultimate career goal is to be seen as my client’s go-to financial advisor for their personal needs.
