Whitney Goodwin began her career with Ryan Rapp & Underwood PLC in while attending Arizona State University. After graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Information Management, she joined Ernst & Young, LLP as an auditor, specializing in the healthcare, hospitality, and real estate sectors. Whitney earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2005 and went on to serve as Manager of Title Operations & Finance at Pulte Home Corporation, where she directed and supervised multiple title operations nationwide. During this time, she also obtained her real estate license, expanding her expertise in residential and commercial real estate transactions.In 2009, Whitney returned to Ryan Rapp & Underwood as Firm Administrator-Controller, where she managed financial statements across multiple profit centers, supervised administrative staff, and oversaw the firm’s daily operations.After six years in the legal industry, Whitney transitioned back to real estate, joining The Wolff Company in 2015 as Corporate Controller. She was promoted to Vice President of Accounting in 2019 and now serves as Chief Financial Officer. In her current role, Whitney leads the company’s real estate development and operations treasury, accounting, finance, tax, and technology functions.
