I am a leader that believes a guest centric experience starts with my team. Culture is at the forefront of who we are at Target Simpsonville which is why we are consistently a top performing store in this market. The ideals of Target are carried out everyday at Target Simpsonville. I am sought out often to train new peers entering into the Target team. I find that I am at my best when I am teaching others and challenging status quo. Growth and development of my people is my greatest achievement.
