Hey, I am Whitney - Client Services Assistant at Reeves Independent! Starting my career as a Finance Graduate at Barclays, I gained a solid foundation in financial operations, reporting, and data analysis. This role equipped me with essential skills in financial management and analysis, setting the stage for my subsequent positions. I then moved to Reeves – The Pension Specialists as a Finance Assistant, where I supported the financial team with client account management, financial documentation, and analytical tasks. At Reeves, we specialise in providing expert advice on pension and retirement planning, helping clients achieve their financial goals with tailored strategies and personalized support. Currently, as a Client Services Assistant at Reeves, I focus on delivering exceptional support to our clients, managing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. My role involves close coordination with various departments to address client needs effectively and improve service delivery. I have a deep passion for running, which allows me to clear my mind, stay fit, and embrace the outdoors. The rhythmic nature of running and the sense of accomplishment after a good run are incredibly rewarding and energizing. I also have a love for gin, often enjoying a well-crafted gin and tonic as a way to unwind and savor the complexity of different flavors. Exploring new gin varieties and mixing up creative cocktails has become a delightful hobby. Additionally, spending time with my Staffordshire Bull Terrier is a cherished part of my life. My loyal companion brings joy and comfort, and our walks together are a highlight of my day. Whether we\'re out for a run or simply relaxing at home, the bond with my dog is a source of great happiness and relaxation.
