As the Garver Wellness Program Manager, I’m responsible for providing wellness solutions to over 1300 employees across 50+ offices. In this role, I provide education and support within the entire realm of personal wellness, focusing on a total mind and body approach to living a healthy lifestyle. My personal mission statement is this: to center my days around laughter and kindness, to uplift those around me by helping them find their resiliency and improving their overall quality of life, to lead the charge in fighting against chronic diseases, and to help individuals find the power that lives within us all. I’m proud to have consistently established positive working relationships with colleagues, parents, students, and business leaders. I pride myself on my ability to maintain a positive demeanor and motivate others through my passion and leadership. I look forward to continuing to support those around me – both in and outside the office – for years to come.
