Removed all manual deployment processing; removed backdoor international network deployment; increased team efficiency & productivity; reduced reliance on third party resource (TCTS) by 65%; reduced deployment ticket rejection rate from 45% down to 6%. Removed single points of failure within the operating model by standardising roles and responsibilities & improved inter team relations.
