ABOUT TAMLYN KEMP

I am passionate about using Analysis and Product Management techniques to understand a problem and propose a path to the solution. I am the overall Client Technology lead for 270 Business Analysis and Technical Product Owners. I create policy, set standards, implement improvements, manage people issues and escalations and represent our domain to others and to partner leadership. As Tax Service Line Quality Lead I assist around 80 Scrum teams with adherence to SAFe and Scrum best practices, and continuously monitor quality of planning against timelines. I have helped around 12 large programs adopt best practices in this area, and I consult to other Services Lines where needed.I have created and championed best practices for user stories, feature grooming, value measurement, Scrum and SAFe practices. I have trained over 200 EY project managers on Agile best practices.I am also lead BA on a large SharePoint Online product with over 2 million sites and a team of 130 IT professionals in 8 Scrum teams, with an annual spend in excess of $20m. My background in SharePoint still enables me to dive deep into O365 solution design.
