As the UX Designer, I’ve had the opportunity to lead the design process for numerous screens within our product, each crafted through close collaboration with developers, product leadership, and stakeholders. I take a hands-on approach from discovery to delivery, aligning on business goals, defining user and stakeholder needs, and iterating through prototypes that get built and shipped.UX Design & Research Highlights- Conducted stakeholder interviews to clarify business objectives and user expectations, ensuring design decisions stay grounded in real-world goals- Led multiple user research sessions to identify pain points, test new features, and gather feedback, often uncovering unexpected insights that shaped product direction- Regularly performed competitive analysis and UX audits to support upcoming feature launches and refine our offerings- Redesigned key product features to improve usability, reduce friction, and support more intuitive user workflows- Delivered interactive prototypes that streamline development handoff and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision- Worked closely with the product officer and engineering to review designs, incorporate feedback, and ensure successful implementation.Graphic Design & Marketing Work- Created a wide range of graphic materials including digital ads, event promotions, internal collateral, and social media visuals, helping elevate brand consistency and engagement.Team Collaboration & Strategy- Acted as a bridge between design, dev, and product—ensuring every screen not only looks good but solves the right problems- Frequently surface new ideas from user conversations that spark improvements in workflows or inspire new features.Additional Responsibilities- Collaborated with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of design with business objectives.
