As a leader, one of my greatest strengths is being able to stay calm while being driven to achieve or exceed challenging goals. Art and Science are the keys to a successful business. I have experience being able to analyze the numbers and balance that with the art of the business to make sound decisions to move the business forward. Throughout my career I’ve built strong relationships with others by being a good listener, finding common goals and partnering with both internal and external colleagues to achieve mutual success. I’ve learned how and when to involve them and this has led to some of my greatest successes. As a leader and manager, I believe that you are responsible for developing others and helping them to achieve their goals and that my success is based on the people that I surround myself with. I have a strong background in hiring people, identifying talent and then developing them for future success. I thrive when there’s challenging goals to achieve and enjoy developing strategies and actions to get there.
