I’ve spent most of my career working alongside project teams in construction and engineering, helping forecast and manage cost and financial performance. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve grown from hands-on accounting roles into senior finance positions supporting multi-entity organizations.A big part of my role is helping non-finance leaders understand what the numbers are telling them and why it matters. I work closely with project managers, operations leaders, and enterprise leadership to make financial information practical, timely, and grounded in what’s happening in the field, with a focus on identifying risks early to avoid surprises.
