Founded and currently lead the Cornell Chapter of Project LTF, where I focus on building organizational structure and developing effective programs to connect students from underserved communities with vital college application resources- Founded and manage the Cornell Chapter of Project LTF, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit connecting students from underprivileged communities with college application resources from undergraduates at top universities- Built out the initial leadership structure, successfully interviewing and selecting 7 Executive Board members. We are currently scaling our impact by screening 15+ general mentors- Implemented strategic organizational planning for the fall semester, including defining goals, developing mentor onboarding materials, and creating high school partnership proposals.
