Former Federal Bureau of Investigation executive with more than 22 years of leadership and investigative experience in the fields of Counterterrorism and Criminal investigations. Proven leader, teacher and motivator of diverse teams in the conduct of multifaceted, domestic and international investigations, compliance, intelligence and crisis management. Ability to build and manage highly effective teams and to form strong relationships with and gain the trust of colleagues both inside and outside the organization. Strengths include a collaborative leadership style, the ability to communicate and establish partnerships, conflict resolution, project management, and a history of creating positive, productive and inclusive work environments. I spent nearly all of my career with the FBI working in the task force environment, comprised of people from different agencies and varied backgrounds, placed together to combine their experiences, expertise and special skills to accomplish a common goal.
