I am passionate about building high-performing teams and creating an open and inclusive culture to innovate and improve patient outcomes. One of the most inspirational stories of the 20th century has been the development of the pharmaceutical industry, which has led to new therapies that have changed human life and the quality of our lives. But the fact is that still, pharmaceutical development is costly, long, and prone to failure. If we’re going to keep pace in the 21st century, we need to work together to improve the drug development process, and we need innovation.
