I also coach and mentor operational stakeholders to build confidence and long term ownership of digital solutions.In addition, I serve as a liaison between operational teams and OT/IT organizations, helping align technical roadmaps, resolve integration challenges, and maintain clear communication through regular status updates and structured issue tracking. I have deep experience working with platforms such as Hexagon j5 and enjoy translating complex technical concepts into practical, operational value.
