My responsibilities include managing consultant coordination, overseeing the development of construction documents, performing quality control reviews, and supporting client communication throughout all project phases.Key areas of responsibility include: – Technical development and documentation across all phases– Coordination with engineering consultants and internal teams– Integration of sustainability and high-performance strategies– Quality control and code compliance– Tracking envelope performance and proposed EUI targets in alignment with AIA 2030– Mentorship of junior staff and participation on the firm’s Professional Development Committee
