Senior Research Analyst, Division of Research, Monitoring, & Regulations (RMR) Co-authored the published report “Insights from the 20••••24 Student Loan Borrower Survey” by managing a 6-person project team, developing the initial report proposal, incorporating senior leadership feedback, and overseeing content development. Authored the initial and final regulatory flexibility act analyses and led the economic impact analysis for the interagency regulation governing the use of automated valuation models (AVMs) in real estate valuations. Represented CFPB in White House-led Property Appraisal and Valuation Equity (PAVE) meetings with 13 agencies and applied housing policy analysis, fair lending research, and stakeholder engagement to produce a national report in March 2022 and an action plan for reducing bias in home appraisals. Supported 3 supervisory exams and many fair lending enforcement projects by developing subject-matter expertise in a complex, underutilized home appraisal dataset, frequently saving time and resources by shifting the analysis\'s focus. Orchestrated $5M federal contract for consumer credit panel data and optimized contract efficiency by reducing data errors, improving compliance and processes, and coordinating with interagency and vendor stakeholders. Recognized for excellence with 3 Spotlight Awards and 3 Team Awards for contributions to mission-critical efforts.
