Leveraging my deep technical background and passion for AI, I spearheaded the transformation of a substantial data science and engineering organization into a high-performing, product-driven team. This resulted in the successful launch of multiple software products, both for internal use and external markets.I led the development of an AI/ML-driven product portfolio focused on optimizing clinical trials.
