   Oversee the daily functions and operations of Milwaukee Pride, Inc. a 501c3 organization, and lead the production team of PrideFest, Wisconsin’s largest LGBTQ+ event, serving people every June.Scope of Work & Expectations:• Responsible for all corporate and community sponsorships and fundraising.• Oversee all financial aspects of the festival and organization, managing allrevenue streams such as: box office, merchandising, bar, marketplace & foodvendors.• Oversee all organizational and festival operational expenses such as stageworkers union, tent & event rentals, stage sound and AV equipment, police, EMS,point of sale, and more.• Oversee entertainment booking and festival programming• Oversee all marketing functions of Milwaukee Pride and PrideFest, directing theannual paid media campaign as well as all public relations and communicationefforts.• Curate relationships with business and community partners to best serve the organization as well as community and city, alike.
