Experienced bioanalytical director and research scientist with 20 years\' experience applying principles of ADME-Tox and bioanalytical chemistry to drug discovery and development programs for both small and large molecules (biologics). Experience in drafting and responding to regulatory submissions (NCE or medical device) for LCMS and LBA programs, including immunogenicity, metabolomics, and routine quantification. Highlights: Established new contract research laboratories for bioanalytical services and built contract service facilities from the ground up; Designed and implemented in vitro assays to predict in vivo / in vitro correlation and rank order compounds for discovery programs based on ADME-tox properties; Established a streamline approach for method development to meet the needs of fast pace preclinical screening, including the implementation of robotics for high throughput sample preparation.
