One thing I’ve learned through two decades of sales experience is that customer service is king. I mastered this concept as a territory sales manager with Pepsi-Cola and have applied it to every aspect of pharmaceutical sales, from buy & bill programs within women’s health, to product launches in the cardiovascular, gastroenterology, and central nervous system sectors. By prioritizing patient needs, serving as a quality resource to medical providers, and maintaining a high level of integrity that leads to client trust, I have consistently overcome barriers to achieve phenomenal levels of success with pharmaceutical and medical device sales. When I’m not tending to customer needs, I’m busy tending to my development as a sales leader. My commitment to hard work, growth, and agility has led to my positioning within the top 12.5% of my company, a promotion to a specialized sector that only 15 other salespeople in the U.S. have broken into, and an Allergan Pharmaceutical Honey Badger award. Additionally, my company has recognized and harnessed my value by appointing me to a special task force that developed a proprietary advanced planning tool. By combining my ability to prioritize patient care with self-starting business aptitude, I get to achieve the ultimate win – providing relief for those who are struggling with medical issues.
