Wesley Ratliff joined PetraRMS in early 2017 after spending the previous 6 years at an independent insurance agency in Birmingham. Prior to that he spent three years in the banking industry. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Alabama. As a risk management consultant with PetraRMS, Wesley helps his clients develop unique and customized risk management programs by determining the true cost drivers to their insurance programs. Through a very unique and defined process Wesley partners with CEO\'s and CFO\'s to walk them trough a proven process to help them identify out-of-the-box opportunities, improve their risk profile and strategically align their insurance program with their business goals.
