ABOUT WESLEY MCFARLAND
I am Wesley McFarland, currently pursuing a Master\'s degree in Accounting at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for both academic study and professional development. I am a natural leader and communicator, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. In my current coursework, I have demonstrated a strong understanding of the principles of accounting. I have been able to take part in several group projects, both in and out of the classroom, where I have been an effective communicator, delegated tasks, provided constructive feedback, and demonstrated ways to compromise, when necessary. Several of these instances have occurred while serving as the President of Phi Delta Theta, where I led a chapter of 200 members and collaborate with the University and the Interfraternity Council.
