Key Achievements - over the past 3 years • Developed and streamlined a seasonal floorset build file, enabling quick and flexible reaction to trade as well as invaluable future forecasting to many key business departments. Supported the latest retail season to deliver an additional £4.6m in revenue. • Coordinated two successful EoS markdown periods (MD & FP AW15 +3% and SS16 +5% STD) including forecasting the opening inventory units & options, identifying potential opportunities and risks to departments, reporting weekly on figures and actions, aligning a pricing strategy with the buying team and communicating sale prices to the central pricing team and stores for various currencies across EMEIA. • Transformed the way in which 70+ stores request changes to store stock levels though reinventing an MDQ form – delivering a number of business benefits such as accuracy, efficiency and saving £600k in time & stock. • Helped shape, create and champion “SCooGLe” - a global social networking project which connects 800 people in 21 countries that work within Supply Chain and Logistics. • Organised and presented a University of Westminster fieldtrip for over 100 students to gain an understanding of logistic/replenishment/warehousing system integration.
