As a Technical Project Manager at Fluid Ideas, I’m part of the Project Management team, working closely with the wider Web & Systems team to deliver complex digital projects that are more more than your standard brochure websites. I oversee full project lifecycles - from initial discovery and scoping through to delivery, snagging / QA, and post-launch support.While my focus is on project delivery, I also contribute to low-level technical / development tasks. This includes HTML/CSS updates, Drupal configuration synchronisations between staging and production environments, and intermediate technical SEO enhancements - always following our internal development processes to maintain quality and consistency.I coordinate daily Agile sprints, manage task prioritisation via Jira, and maintain clear communication between developers, designers, and clients. The majority of our web projects are built using Drupal and hosted on Amazon Web Services and as such, I have a strong understanding of both.As well as delivering web projects I am always on the lookout for ways to improve the way we work, whether that is tweaking day-to-day operational processes, introducing and leading on the implementation of better internal tools, to supporting cross-team collaboration within a fast-paced, yet proud creative agency environment.
