It was founded for the purpose of bringing high speed internet to areas that have poor, or no reliable internet. It is currently in select cities in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia and Eastern Ohio.
ABOUT WESLEY MORGAN
Since graduating high school in 2017, I have been on the journey to becoming a better me. That has led me down the road of starting my own businesses. In September 2019, I launched Morgan\'s Smoothies LLC. It was a smoothie shop with grab and go lunch and snack options. Due to the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic, I had to close up shot in early 2020. Although with just a few months of business ownership under my belt, I love owning a business, helping the community, and being my own boss. Flash forward to early 2020 and I found myself having to do some work related stuff from home. With my poor internet speeds (15-20Mbps download and less than 1 up), I found myself starting my own Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP). I launched Ten Mile Broadband that year and began growing it over the next two. I hired a couple employees and grew it to a few dozen customers, but due to a number of reason, I had to shut down in late 2022.
