In previous roles I provided strategy, guidance, and leadership for a team that collaborated with corporate leaders, CSR leads, colleges and universities, foundations, and community leaders to uncover shared priorities that impact students, teachers, schools, and communities. Key career markers include: Tasked with creating a first-year college engineering experience to increase access, opportunity, and support for diverse student stakeholders pursuing engineering-related careers.Provided strategy and execution to distribute approximately grants totaling to early childcare centers in Indiana.Team raised more than 100 million, primarily from corporations and foundations, to support PLTW school grants and strategic initiatives between 2013 and 2020. Led efforts to create innovative scalable models, programming, and structures that enable unique partnerships primarily between corporations and PLTW to benefit schools, teachers, and students. Led teams and initiatives that designed and created K-12 programs which included frameworks, curriculum, and professional development to be implemented in PLTW schools across the US.
