I lead with purpose and serve with integrity as the Associate Vice President and Chief of Police and Public Safety at Penn State University. My mission is clear: to foster a safe, resilient, and inclusive campus environment where students, faculty, and staff can thrive.I’ve been fortunate to learn from mentors whose transformational leadership lit the path forward, helping me grow into a leader who values people as much as progress. I strive to maintain a leadership style rooted in collaboration, transparency, and innovation. Together with an exceptional team of public safety professionals, we tackle complex challenges, implement forward-thinking strategies, and continuously build trust across our university communities.Our agency is committed to excellence in all we do. We champion continuous improvement, invest in professional development, and embrace new technologies and best practices to elevate all aspects of safety.
