I have since upskilled and developed my skillset further, to begin undertaking initial visits on subsidence claims; assessing the damage, reviewing investigations and setting out the course of the claim (including decisions on whether it is valid or otherwise).

Instead, I enjoy thinking outside the box with problem solving, looking at it from every angle rather than just the way that suits me. That problem solving always being at least three parts; bigger picture, systemic thinking and for longevity, rather than putting a plaster on the problem.
