Production Experience March 2007-March 2010Military:* 3 years of experience running exhaust nozzle and augmentor hardware lines for F110 and F101 engine families.* Efforts included vendor coordination with hardware delivery, source and process changes, design changes, and addressing nonconforming hardware.* Numerous vendor trips were taken in order to coordinate hardware issues including to multiple USAFB\'s.* Extensive datum system & inspection method experience was gained through years of drawing work and vendor coordination.* CIP (Cost Improvement) & NPI (New Product Integration) programs were completed in order to address hardware affordability and manufacturability.* Efforts included hardware design, procurement, and development testing.Commercial:* Design and analysis was completed in order to validate the CF34-10A exhaust system. This effort included thermal and structural FEA.* Design and analysis was completed on a Ceramic Matrix Composite system.R&D Experience March 2010-Present* Secret Clearance Level granted from the Department of Defense & Nuclear Regulation Commission (NRC).* Cleared to multiple GE Advanced Programs * An inlet for the Advanced Versatile Engine Technology program was designed, analyzed, procured, and tested from March 2010-August 2011.* Trained to cover engine test through the Joint Strike Fighter Program as of March 2010.* Test coverage has included augmentor testing to monitor pressure, temperature, cooling delta P, slip ring design, and screech. GE Training* ACE: Advanced Courses in Engineering (Masters degree through Ohio State & Aircraft Engine Specific Coursework at GE)* Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified: Greenbelt project produced $158K in savings* Material Review Board Certified (DoD & FAA certification for validating nonconforming hardware)* Stanford Composite Course (March - July 2008)Specialties: Extensive experience in the use of Ansys for thermal, structural, modal & buckling.
