Leading the Two Counties Trust by; ensuring both staff and students are empowered to lead, providing increased life choices to our students through a high-value curriculum and ensuring all staff benefit from compelling professional development.Phase one of the transformation was focused on bringing clarity to our operating procedures and bringing a more consistent approach across the organisation. The impact has been that over students now are in a good school rather than a requires improvement school. Two schools that had never been graded good in the history of Ofsted have achieved good across the board. As we move into phase two, we will focus on increasing attendance and attainment. We are implementing a modern approach to professional learning and investing heavily in crafting a culture of coaching in all of our schools. We are deeply committed to developing genuinely inclusive practices in everything that we do.
