Project replaced 34 Point To Point Microwave Links. • Managed installations for Oklahoma Gas & Electric Microwave System Upgrade Project. Project replaced 375 CPE radios, 62 Base Stations, 62 switches during the Covid 19 Pandemic.• Work closely with Project Management • Perform on-site surveys with customers and contractors, create site survey report• Work with Sales Engineering on creating Proposals• Create Scope Of Work, Responsibility Matrix and Installation Bill of Materials• Create construction schedules • Coordinates GC schedule and ensures delivery is according to plan and budget• Communicate with Project Management, RF Engineers, Network Engineers, Facility Engineering, Structural Engineering, Tower Crews, Tower Construction Companies and Electricians.• Runs weekly deployment call for site construction updates and address issues. • Inspect/Observe wireless construction projects to ensure project is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications of the project.• Identify errors/issues in the plans/specifications and communicates with Engineers for resolutions• Maintains an accurate set of field notes and daily site visit log that outlines site progress, issues, concerns. Keeps catalog of progress photos.• Managed wireless technician team • Fleet Management - F550 bucket trucks, F250, Ford Transit van• Act as Safety representative while onsite, OSHA30 Certified, RF Safety Awareness. • Create/Submit closeout documentation at end of project.
