With over 20 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management — and more than 8 years as a Senior Safety Advisor — I bring a proven track record of helping organizations strengthen their safety culture and achieve lasting performance improvements.I am a Certified Registered Safety Technician (CRST) with the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP) and hold an Occupational Health & Safety Certificate from the University of Alberta. As an External COR Auditor since 2004, I’ve partnered with companies of all sizes — from small contractors to mid-size energy producers — across industries such as construction, transportation, electrical/instrumentation, and oil & gas.My approach focuses on collaboration and practical, company-specific strategies that drive efficiency, compliance, and continual improvement. I’m passionate about developing safety programs, facilitating training, and coaching supervisors and managers to build accountable, engaged teams.Whether supporting an organization through a COR audit or enhancing internal HSE processes, my goal remains the same: to create safer, more resilient workplaces that empower people and enable safety performance.
