   Senior Director on behalf of the Sigma Chi Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting the members and chapters of the Sigma Chi International Fraternity— Lead the Foundation’s Annual Fund efforts (Fall 2023–present), cultivating and growing unrestricted support through Founders Day and Giving Tuesday campaigns, direct mail, and additional channels. Since July 2025, with the addition of a new marketing and digital director to support our efforts, have focused on donors age 46+ through a targeted segmentation strategy— Serve as the Foundation’s lead development representative for Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina (since late 2024), cultivating support for academic scholarship and leadership development endowments benefiting chapters across North America; also collaborate with the giving team on major gift proposal production— Directed all outbound print and digital media for the Foundation (July 2014–July 2025), including FOCUS within The Magazine of Sigma Chi, Annual Giving direct mail and digital campaigns, the Annual Report, donor communications, presentations, digital marketing, events and field development collateral— Engaged, interviewed and cultivated prominent Sigma Chi alumni through communication-driven outreach— Managed the organization’s social media channels, outbound advertising and promotional initiatives, and served as the Foundation’s media liaison with Sigma Chi entities and partners such as In Hoc Napa Valley— Manage annual digital fundraising campaigns for the Foundation, including the Interfraternal Giving Tuesday Challenge and Founders’ Day of Giving, and support additional scholarship, leadership and chapter-based campaign efforts as needed— Support organizational branding, donor and alumni engagement events and experiences; additionally managed the Foundation’s former internship and telemarketing programs.
