Running solution as a pilot to inform business case to deliver further improvements to all similar service teams as well as Operations to reduce manual efforts in resourcing.Throughout 2023, led multiple data quality initiatives, further refining Clinical Project status and coordinating new Remarque and Qlik functionality which associates Clinical Vendors to studies, increasing transparency and reducing effort and risks associated with vendor risk management.
