The Riverside Campus – OWN Program Areas: OHAP Assessment Centre (for WSIB)(permanent employment)- Conduct comprehensive assessments for injured workers including musculoskeletal assessments, mild traumatic brain Injury assessments, general clinical assessments, case/file reviews, as well as COVID-19 assessments, to provide diagnosis (by physician), and return to work recommendations and treatment recommendations as appropriate- Planning, coordination, and creating return to work plan that are discussed with the worker and stakeholders (including WSIB, Return To Work Specialists, General Practitioners, Health Care Providers, Community Providers)- Preparation and completion of detailed assessment reports, follow up reports, and addendums as required- Case management including communication with treatment team, WSIB, initiating and arranging for speciality consults (i.e. Respirology, Cardiology, Neurology, etc), conduct follow up assessments and following the worker on their trajectory to return to work after diagnosis- Review case speciality consults and communication with specialist for further clarification as needed. Complete case conferences/consults with specialists on file to discuss return to work plan from a functional as well as medical perspective to ensure a comprehensive review of the return to work plans.
