I serve as Chief Executive Officer of Scientific Drilling International, where I lead a global energy technology organization focused on rotary steerable systems, MWD platforms, and directional drilling services across U.S. and international markets.Over the past several years, my work has centered on restoring profitability, strengthening technical credibility, and aligning engineering, manufacturing, and field operations around commercial reliability. By concentrating investment on a focused technology portfolio and simplifying how we operate, we delivered double-digit EBITDA and margin improvement, returned the company to sustained profitability, and achieved meaningful U.S. growth in a contracting market.Our organization supports more than 1,200 employees worldwide. I hold full enterprise P&L accountability and serve as the primary liaison to our board and shareholders, leading governance processes, annual planning, incentive design, and long-range strategy. I have also led acquisition and strategic sale processes, working directly with advisors, investors, and ownership groups under complex private shareholder dynamics.My approach is straightforward. Technology must work in the field. Manufacturing must support scale. Operations must have the authority and accountability to serve customers well.
