At LinkedIn, I work with colleges and universities to navigate this ever changing world. Through close partnerships, we discover together what unique pressures a campus is facing, how they are handling those pressures, and how their objectives might become more successful if those pressures are solved. Discovery is key. Assumption is not. Sometimes this leads to creating employment brand/opportunity awareness together. Other times it is helping faculty/staff ensure their skills are up to date or setting up students for post-grad success through a demonstration of skills. The bottom line is that I seek to help schools overcome their unique challenges of all shapes and sizes. The best part of my job is working with a variety of campus divisions to help all Higher Ed community members grow. Not only on a professional level, but on a personal one too. To say we share this professional & personal growth together would be an understatement.
