I\'m currently a Children’s Home Residential Manager working for Bradford. I have worked in residential since 2013. I have Level 3 in children’s workforce development diploma. I also have Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential in Childcare. My previous history of employment is a background of working in PRU\'s, SEN education, Youth work and Sports Coaching for the past 16 years. Love working with children and young people.
