ABOUT WES LEAVER

I have over 30 years experience in the building industry from apprentice to joinery shops to site carpentry, office fit outs to large projects involving carpentry & joinery to ceilings partitions and metsec. I have also had the opportunity to work on many high profile and prestigious contracts which I have developed my experience to working to high & exacting standards. I have succeeded at various levels of my profession from the foundations upto contracts management level & can liaise with the client, design team and senior management within a professional manor. I am trust worthy, reliable, I take my responsibilities seriously & I’m a very conscientious worker. I support well within a team or when required to work alone (managing smaller projects) as I am known to take pride in my work. Working in the construction industry for many years gives me a great insight of the health & safety regulations required I have been selected previously to be responsible for all heath & safety issues including making sure all method statements and risk assessments were in place and adhered too on the sites on a day to day basis. I can coordinate between various other trades and/or contractors including procurements of materials for the contracts & to make sure the site runs efficiently as I endeavor to finish all works on time & on budget.
