In 2019, Caitlin Poe and I joined the White Collar and Investigations practice group at Williams Mullen. Located in the firm\'s Raleigh office, we continue to advise clients on how to effectively respond to all forms of government investigations and enforcement proceedings at both the federal and state level. Since joining Williams Mullen, our work has ranged from appearing at trial in federal court to helping clients navigate sensitive internal investigations. We have also appeared on behalf of clients accused of unfair trade practices by the Consumer Protection Division of the North Carolina Department of Justice. I also continue to serve on the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Eastern District of North Carolina, providing representation for persons who are unable to retain counsel.
