   Develop and manage commissioning execution plan and commissioning schedule aligned with project milestones. Coordinate between engineering, construction, vendors, operations and HSE teams to integrate and execute commissioning activities.Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment of scope, safety expectations and performance criteria. Collaborate closely with vendors and OEMs for specialized equipment commissioning. Organize and facilitate system walkdowns with construction, QA/QC and operations teams and verify readiness for pre-startup safety review. Create and manage punch lists ensuring all “A” (safety critical) items are closed out prior to PSSR and continue to follow “B” items through close out. Facilitate PSSR process ensuring all documentation is signed off for statement of fitness. Supervise and coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Create instrument test records. Ensure that functional testing, interlock checks and cause and effect verifications are conducted thoroughly and safely. Monitor execution against standards, safety practices and project specifications. Maintain and control commissioning documentation including test reports, redlines and turnover packages. Facilitate the handover of facilities to operations team ensuring all project deliverables are met. Create draft purge/start-up, operating and shutdown/ LOTO procedures. Support start-up and performance testing post-handover as needed.Act as a technical bridge between disciplines to ensure that construction and automation efforts align with the process design and operational intent of the facility. Conduct walkdowns with engineering to verify tie-in locations, piping configurations and available space for new equipment.Support facility engineering team gathering accurate, real-world data from the field to validate and update engineering models and design assumptions.
