I got into HR because I wanted to help people. Early in my career as a Recruiter, I focused not just on finding the right person for the job, but also making sure candidates found the right job for them. That people-first approach has continued to guide me throughout my career.Over the past decade, I’ve built a broad HR background spanning talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee relations. My experience ranges from high-volume recruiting in entertainment and hospitality to strategic HR business partner roles in healthcare. At DaVita, where I most recently served as Sr. People Services (HR) Manager for the Labs business, I partnered with executives to align people strategy with business goals, drove retention improvements, and led change management through crises and organizational transformation.What’s consistent across every role is my commitment to building workplaces where teammates feel supported and leaders are equipped to succeed.
