Manage the overall administration Southern Companies’ Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) •Direct a team of project managers/engineers/analysts as subject matter experts of OATT matters •Influence the development of transmission industry business practices and standards on behalf of Southern Company •Provide guidance and input on upcoming/proposed federal regulations and guide implementation Team Responsibilities include: •Facilitate responses to all OATT generation interconnection and delivery service requests from customers •Manage designation requests for new native load resources on behalf of Operating Companies •Coordinate implementation activities of all new facilities with executed interconnection agreements •Support Rates & Analysis team with OATT rate filings and interface with customers on rate matters
