I have a strong operational background and am an experienced Learning & Development professional with a deep passion for the hospitality, entertainment, sports, and leisure industries. My hands-on experience in these fields has given me valuable insights into delivering exceptional service. I have designed and conducted various training programs, including personalized face-to-face sessions and group workshops, always tailoring the content to meet the specific needs of each learner. I excel in coaching and mentoring, guiding individuals and teams to grow, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to align training strategies with business objectives. Whether it involves supporting recruitment efforts, overseeing new openings, or leading training for refurbishment teams, I bring a collaborative approach and a deep understanding of diverse learning styles to ensure success across the board. My experience includes creating and delivering L&D strategy, creating training documents in line with new laws and legislation, delivering training in areas such as audit, F&B, H&S, train the trainer, customer feedback, recruitment, finance, creating skills analysis tools, creating and delivering development and progression courses, creating L&D solutions, gathering and analysing feedback, and more.
