Implemented T-Learner causal inference models for FFO (face format order)using Conditional Average Treatment Effect (CATE) estimation to optimize book recommendations. Built a treatment effect measurement framework and implemented experimentation frameworks for measuring incremental business impact- Recommendation Systems. Shipped personalized subscription systems with multiple candidate generators and ML rankers. Designed and refactored system architecture for extensibility, enabling reusable components across future experiments and reducing code duplication- Production ML Optimization. Optimized latency by 20× through batch processing, auto-scaling improvements, and model architecture refinements. Designed and executed comprehensive load testing for batch ranking API, analyzing performance across varying batch sizes, achieving 138K TPS throughput with P99 latency under 30ms, and validating auto-scaling efficiency for production readiness- GenAI Content Generation. Designed cost-effective content generation system for recommendation widgets using Claude 3 models.
