With 5 years of experience in HR employee relations, I have been with people who needed help with their mental health, I have lost employees to suicide by depression and realised how important it is to converse and share how we feel and how much we want to be heard. So, normalizing conversations on mental health is very crucial now a days. From my range of personal experiences, I am on this journey to break the stereotypical thoughts of society about mental illness. I am eager to talk about suicide prevention, mental health at workplaces, child mental health and wellness, self-awareness, kindness, empathy, compassion, self-love. Please feel free to reach out.
