Researching and developing hydro colloidal compounds for confectionery and nonconfenctionery nutraceutical products. I have been solely responsible for the full spectrum of product development, from formulation design to scale-up and production processes engineering/troubleshooting, effectively functioning as the company’s core technical lead in a resource constrained environment.The role has demanded exceptional initiative and versatility, as I independently managed the entire R&D pipeline for multiple projects. My contribution and dedication have driven significant optimization and performance improvements in both production quality and stability as well as pin point troubleshooting.Leveraging my strong background in chemical engineering from Tianjin University (B.E.) and University of South Florida (M.S.), I have led end to end formulation efforts in a high intensity setting where I essentially perform the duties of an entire R&D and production team. From lab bench scale development to full scale production process design, I make sure to meet client demands.My determination to innovate, akin to pioneers in engineering, fuels my aspiration to advance in order to apply my skills and knowledge in process optimization and material science to high impact projects. With an already proven track record of turning complex challenges into viable solutions under high stress conditions, I am committed all this life of mine to driving technological advancement in Chemical Engineering.
