Over 25 years of extensive experiences and expertise in therapeutic antibody/protein drug discovery and development from preclinical study to IND filling, which include target identification, lead molecule generation and optimization, bispecific antibody discovery, Fc engineering, DA assessment, CMC and preclinical studies as well as IND filling, and have made a significant contribution to several drugs currently on clinical trials. Lead different size of groups which include 5 to 100 scientists/research associates working on biological drug discovery and development in multiple therapeutic projects and disease area such as oncology/immune-oncology, autoimmune/inflammation, neurodegenerative disorders, metabolic and infectious diseases. Expertise and specialize on antibody engineering, phage/yeast display, library design and construction, lead antibody identification, characterization, affinity maturation, modification and optimization as well as the technology developments for accessing the best therapeutic candidates such as bispecific antibodies, antibody Fc engineering such as mutation of FcRn binding for extension of PK and mutation of FcrR binding for enhancing or silencing effector function.
