AgNW Touch Sensor Platform: Led AgNW touch sensor platform development on material, design & R2R patterning process. Broke-through technical obstacles to improve sensor optical, mechanical, border, yield, & reliability performance. Learnings enabled the 1st AgNW sensor in Apple product HomePod mini in 2020.• Touch Sensor Mechanical Evaluations: Established the static and active bending test SOP to evaluate sensor materials’ mechanical performance. Identified the weakest layer and crack initiation point in sensor folding tests. Proposed new material, stackup design for flexible touch sensors.• Opaque Touch Sensor: Being pulled in urgently as sensor process expert, quickly resolve a corrosion issue to debottleneck product MP ramping. Investigated various opaque touch sensor technologies for applications in Apple products.
