ABOUT WENJUAN HUANG

I have a PhD in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Windsor, and I am currently the general manager and the administrator of PoincareQED Tutoring School, a leading in-person/online education provider for students from SK to G12. My core competencies include online teaching, training, and human resources management. As the general manager, I oversee the hiring and supervision of on-site and remote tutors and teachers in various subjects, such as English, French, Math, Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. As the administrator, I coordinate the marketing and delivery of French and English language courses, as well as teach science and math courses according to the Ontario curriculum. I also set up and maintain the online platform for teachers and students, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience. I am passionate about providing quality and accessible education to diverse and motivated learners, and I strive to create a supportive and collaborative culture among the staff and the students. I believe that my skills and experiences can contribute to the success and growth of any organization that values innovation and excellence in online education.
